Returns and refunds

I want you to love your Melody Makes order! If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible after receiving it.

Returns may be accepted for unused, non-custom items in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges because they are created specifically for you.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me with photos so I can help make it right.

Cancellations should be requested as soon as possible. Once work has begun on a custom or made-to-order item, cancellation may no longer be possible.
